“One life on this earth is all that we get, whether it is enough or not enough, and the obvious conclusion would seem to be that at the very least we are fools if we do not live it as fully and bravely and beautifully as we can.”
– Frederick Buechner
We left in July – just in time for the kids to start school in NZ on July 23rd – and we’ll be back next August.
Our kids are Lucas (7th grader,) Chloe (6th grader,) and Julien (Kindergartener.)
They’ll be here to tell you about making new friends, going to a new school in a new country, learning the local customs and slang, and sharing their favorite surf and tennis spots. Julien will be showing off his mad Haka skills.
You’ll hear from Jesse about discovering new places and getting back to surfing every day. While learning to practice medicine in a new country.
And me, I’ll tell you what it’s like to move our family, what stresses me out, whether I can adjust to a quieter life, what we’re seeing, how we’re living and … what it’s really like to run a business remotely from the other side of the world.
Thanks for joining us!
XO – Frederique, Jesse, Lucas, Chloe & Julien
